Customers who are current with their Subscription Service Agreement are given a password to enter the Insider's Club. From there they can download promis•e software "patches" as they become available, with no need to wait for the next CD upgrade to be shipped out. Also available are:
- Manufacturers Parts Databases
- Symbol Libraries
- Utilities and other files
- Manuals & Documentation
- Application Notes and Technical FAQs
- Send files to ECT's FTP site
- The ECT Support Forum where you can exchange information with other promis•e users worldwide.
