Consulting
An experienced industry consultant can be assigned to assist with promis•e implementations. Consultants can be engaged on a daily or project basis. ECT International can assist in-house project managers to achieve successful implementations.
Drafting Services
Experienced drafting resources can be provided to assist with symbol/device/macro creation or to input legacy drawings into the promis•e environment. Drafting engineers are available on an hourly, per symbol/device/macro or complete project basis.
If internal resources are low and promis•e implementation and utilization is a priority, let ECT International provide the additional experienced resources.
Custom Programming
ECT International can assist with the development of specialized or custom program applications. If a need exists for additional program functionality, internal promis•e modifications or the development of external "add-on" modules, an experienced software development engineer can provide guidance for the project.
A project plan consisting of the scope, time lines, milestones, deliverables and investment needed to complete the project can be proposed. ECT International utilizes the most experienced and advanced people and tools to assist in custom programming development.
Product Customization
ECT International can provide product customization services to establish standard and consistent "look and feel" functionality to promis•e. Menu changes, dialog boxes, variable calculations, documentation/reports or page formats can be created by experienced software engineers.
Hotline Support
ECT International provides technical hotline support to promis•e users currently under warranty or maintenance contracts. Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).
