ECT International offers a variety of training classes for promis•e users.
A new training option is live online training. If you have an Internet connection and a
telephone, you can log in to an online training session, hear and see what the instructor is doing, ask
questions and work along on your own computer.
How it works
- Register for one of the scheduled courses. To register, call (262) 781-1511 or email info@ecti.com.
- When your P.O. or payment is received you will be sent a password for the session.
- At the appointed time and date, go to the class website and log in. Call the supplied phone number to hear the instructor.
During the instructor’s presentation you will be able to see what he or she is doing on your screen. For lab sessions, you will be connected to a computer running promis•e at ECT’s facility; there’s no installation or configuration required on your end. The instructor will monitor your work and respond to questions.
Note: Even with the best available Internet technology, students should realize that web-based training
will have a slight performance degradation compared to working on a local PC. Students will experience a
slight delay in mouse-cursor movements.
There are two types of online course: The first type is a standard training course for new customers. The second type is an introductory course to promis•e 2007 for current users of an earlier version of the software. (This second course type focuses on the differences between promis•e 2007 and earlier versions and is not suitable for those who have never used promis•e before.)

This is a course for new customers
using the AutoCAD add-on version.
